Follow the below procedure to search for and find an archived trip.
- Log into app.iotile.cloud
- Click on your organization
- Once on the organization page, click on "Search"
- Type the POD ID, the Trip name or any other identifying information (eg Customer order number) and click on the search button
- The "devices" tab shows current trips. Click on the "Archives" tab.
- Click on the relevant trip. Check the date,POD ID and trip information to make sure it's the right one.
- It will take you to the trip page, where you can find the summary, details, notes, and reports in the respective tabs.
- To see the report, click on the "Reports" tab and click on the report you are interested in.
- If there is no report there, click on "Generate A Report" and wait for the email of when it's ready to be viewed
