Lines with Same PnP as Takt Time and Cycle Time Bottleneck Dashboard

The Lines with Same PnP as Takt Time and Cycle Time Bottleneck Dashboard let manufacturing engineers efficiently identify P&P machines that are both the Takt Time Bottleneck and have the Limiting Cycle Time for their line. Such P&P machines are worth identifying because if their cycle time can be improved, the throughput of the entire line should increase. If the difference between the takt time of the limiting P&P and the next-slowest P&P is significant, then a significant improvement can be achieved.

Filters

Use the Site filter to select the site you want to view.

Remember to use the date picker in the top-right corner to choose the time period you want to view.

Results

After choosing your site, you will see either "No data" (indicating that no P&P is both the Takt Time Bottleneck and has the Limiting Cycle Time), or you will see a list of P&Ps that are both.
