Log in to ArchFX, and navigate to Process Insights, select the Report tab.
Click on the report you want Schedule, for example the "Daily Utilization (Per-site) Report".
Click on "Schedule Recurrent Report".
Next, leave the default report name or change it to something different. Here you can also add the email list for the report separating each email address with a comma. Once you are done, click Next.
Add Schedule Settings.
Schedule Period (Disabled, Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
Hour to run the report in UTC time.
Select either weekday or day of the month to run the report.
Configure Report
You can add a Description for the report.
Select the site you want the report to run for. If it's a Global report then it will run automatically for all sites in your Org.
Select a file format Output.
Default typically an excel file.
Raw data for BI Input.
Save your report.
Editing a Scheduled Report
Log in to ArchFX, and navigate to Process Insights, select the Report tab.
Click on the report you want Schedule, for example the "Daily Utilization (Per-site) Report".
Scroll down to the Report Schedules section and click on the report that you want to edit.
Click on one of the options:
Edit to change report name or change email list
Edit Schedule to adjust the schedule
Edit Extra Data to change site or report output format
