Some real-time dashboards, such as Attrition Drilldown (to segment), Attrition Drilldown (to track), and Fuji Detailed Nozzle Drilldown display a "Part" value.
"Part" typically refers to the name of the kind of component or material that was placed on the circuitboard, but generally does not uniquely identify the part itself (e.g. such as via a serial number).
"Part" on ASM machines
For ASM machines, "Part" is whatever value is set as "ComponentName" inside the Siplace Pro programming database for the machine. How the factory inputs this data into Siplace Pro's component library determines what data is presented by Arch.
Typically, Arch sees that factories assign their own unique IDs to each kind of material as an alphanumeric code upon receipt. In that case, this alphanumeric code is what they would put into the Siplace Pro database as ComponentName for each different kind of component and what we would report here.
