6. Viewing KPIs for your Organization
The Organization Summary shows KPIs at the Organization level. There are 4 sections of the Summary.
6.1 Global and regional averages for LU and OEE
The top of the Organization Summary shows the average Line Utilization (LU) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) globally and by region.
6.2 Map View
The Map View shows all of the Organization's Sites globally.
Use the LU/OEE Selector in the top right of the map to change between LU and OEE statistics. Use the Map Size Control buttons in the lower left of the map to make the map larger (+) or smaller (-).
- The "LU" / "OEE" selector pulldown lets you switch back and forth between viewing Line Utilization and view Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
- Each Site is shown as a circle.
- The size of the circle represents the number of Lines or Areas at a Site. The larger the circle, the larger the Site.
- The color of the circle shows the performance for the Site. The values for the performance are at the bottom of the map.
- The panel to the left shows the 5 best and 5 worst performing Lines (or Areas) by OEE and LU. There is a small bar graph under the OEE and LU values that show the value in red, yellow, or green according to the performance key. To view the KPIs for a specific Line, click on it in the list.
6.3 Site List
The Site List is below the Map View. It lists all of the Sites being monitored by the Global KPIs Solution. The Site List includes the Site name, OEE, LU, Availability and number of Lines.
