Understanding quality inspection machine pass/fail statistics

The inspection passes / failures widgets shows how many units have passed and how many units have failed at that inspection machine. This widget is used for various kinds of inspection and test machines including Solder Paste Inspect (SPI), Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI), and In-Circuit Test (ICT) machines.
