Ensuring good video playback quality and text legibility
YouTube has reduced the default playback quality for videos due to the pandemic, so by default, the text on the screens may be somewhat blurry in full-screen mode on some monitors and Internet connections. If you have this problem, on your YouTube video window, choose ⚙ → Quality → 720p or greater as shown here:
Manufacturing Operations Optimization
- Resolving a P&P Bottleneck (3 min 20 sec)
Shows how a Manufacturing Engineer can use Takt Time Inspection dashboard, Cycle Time Inspection dashboard, and Machine Details dashboard to investigate an SMT line bottleneck (which is in this case due to a P&P machine). - Resolving a Nozzle Problem: Attrition Drilldown over Feeders, Segment/Holders, and Nozzles (2 min 3 sec)
Shows how a Manufacturing Engineer can use Detailed Feeder Error Monitoring, Attrition Drilldown (to segment), and Fuji Detailed Nozzle Attrition dashboards to investigate an attrition problem (which in this case turns out to be related to a specific nozzle). - Resolving a Component Problem: Attrition Drilldown to Track (1 min 34 sec)
Shows how a Manufacturing Engineer can use Attrition Drilldown to Track to investigate an attrition problem (which in this case turns out to be related to a specific component). - Resolving a Non-P&P Performance Bottleneck: Takt Time Inspection and Machine Program Details (1 min 20 sec)
Shows how a Manufacturing Engineer can use Takt Time Inspection and Machine Program Details to investigate an attrition problem (which in this case turns out to be related to an X-Ray Inspection machine).
